I was working in Japan for several years. Currently I am trying some of those information along with Japanese Language. Now a lot of business transactions especially in IT and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) is happening between India and Japan. A lot of Indians are now learning Japanese which is enabling them to get very good employment and also an opportunity to travel to Japan. In Bangalore for example we are having several institutes teaching Japanese and many companies are also having Japanese language and culture training for students newly joining into companies. Also many activities like data entry in Japanese jobs for stock exchange related companies and software companies is being carried out from India to reduce cost for Japanese companies. These employees work based on Japanese time. (India is behind Japan by 3.5 Hours). Native Japanese are in great demand in India as they help to bridge the cultural gap and make it easy for the Indian and Japanese companies to carry out business. In Japan a lot Indians are located in and around Tokyo especially in Kawaski, Chiba and Yokohama areas.
